01 Acceptance of Terms

Entering the Golden Bazaar — Market Rush means you have read these Terms and agreed to trade fairly by them.

02 What the Game Is

⚠️ Let the record show: Golden Bazaar — Market Rush is a free entertainment game. It has no connection to gambling, real-money trading, or prize-based services of any kind. Amulets, spices, and vases collected in-game hold no financial value anywhere outside this browser window.

03 License to Play

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and play the Game for your own non-commercial entertainment. This license does not include any right to:

Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Game or any of its content.
Modify, decompile, disassemble, or reverse-engineer the Game's code.
Use the Game's content, assets, or branding in any other product or service.

04 Game Content

All artwork, mechanics, written content, and code within Golden Bazaar are protected original works. Copying or redistributing them without permission is not permitted. No artifact, scroll, or visual element acquired in the Game has any real-world monetary value.

05 Fair Play

You agree to play the Game fairly and lawfully. You will not:

Use cheats, exploits, automation tools, bots, or unauthorized third-party software to manipulate scores.
Attempt to interfere with the Game's normal operation or compromise its security.
Use the Game in any way that could harm other users or third parties.

06 No Real-Money Gambling

Golden Bazaar does not involve real-money wagering, loot boxes with tangible value, or prize draws. All items and scores exist for entertainment only.

07 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Game will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or browser.

08 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Golden Bazaar team accepts no legal liability for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Game — including loss of progress, data, or device performance.

Golden Bazaar is suitable for all ages. If you are under the age of 13 (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country), please obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian before using the Game.

We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the Game at any time without prior notice. These Terms may also be updated occasionally — the "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Game after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Game if these Terms are violated or if the Game is used in a way that is harmful to others, illegal, or otherwise inappropriate.

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with general principles of applicable consumer-protection and copyright law. Any disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith communication before any legal action is taken.
